| RE: Relationships....
|
I'm thinking that some people may think that there is some deep dark reason behind my last post. There isn't. It was just my thoughts at the time.... It is what I think an IDEAL relationship should be. I expect as much from myself as I would from others. I am not perfect and I am not saying that I always act in the ways that I said a good relationship should be, but, that I try and I think it is how things should be.... Thanks for your input, I appreciate the thoughts.... All is good

| Relationships
|
Relationships can be difficult at best, but should they be difficult all the time? I think relationships, to be good should have Respect, Understanding and Caring, and Trust.
Respect: To me Respect is 100% consideration of another persons feelings. That means never saying mean things to make the other person feel bad. It is total acceptance of the other persons personality whether you always agree with them or not. It doesn't mean compromising yourself, but just accepting the other person for who they are. No relationship will last without this.
Understanding and Caring: Understanding means you take things into consideration before judging another person. For instance, if they are in a bad mood, are they tired, or stressed? If they are in a particularly happy mood, they should be supported in what ever made them happy. Caring is taking the time to talk out situations, good or bad and trying to help. Understanding and caring is never putting the other person down, but trying to build them up.
Trust: Trust is believing what another person says 100% of the time. It is knowing the other persons character enough to not question them about anything. Trust is necessary in all kinds of relationships. Without trust, relationships fail.
Thanks for reading, if there's anything to add to this or if you think anything I said is incorrect, please comment.

| Yic Yac - Tic Tac - And Other Ramblings
|
Hello all, I'm finally updating, after a little over a month. I'm bad I know! I was sick for like two weeks after we came back from Tucson, I'm finally almost completely over it [I cough sometimes]. Before that, like I said in my last post, I was getting finished with school. Speaking of school, my IST came last Wednesday and she told me that I passed the CA exit exam for high school YAY!!! I went and took the College assesment test the same day. I did pretty good on that. I'm going to take English 50 this fall for both high school and college credit, but I'll have to take an English class with my school also, because the college one is only half of what I need. But I'm glad that I'm off for the summer now. I thought I was going to have to take a summer class :S, but I don't. Now I can sleep in :D.
Oh I just found out this morning that my friend Amanda quit at Daisy Cake also. Cruz wasn't paying her right either. She was sick of Cruz's Crap anyways. She might buy a little tea house that Mom and I have wanted to go to. It's called The Secret Tea Garden. They do tea parties and have sandwhiches and salads. She said that when she can afford help, I'm hired. I think that would be so cool, I love tea parties. I'm not going to get a job though until after first semester when my schedule settles down.
Our Vacation was fun, Tim went with us, so I really had a good time. Tyler is getting bigger and wanted me to carry him all the time. I think my arms were about to die sometimes though, because he's a heavy little boy. We got to eat at Cracker Barrel twice and it was soo good. It was sad to leave them and go home. In Febuary, they are going to come out for a few days.
The heat is still hot, but not as bad a usual. Dad and I put a new solar cover on the pool last ngiht and it was nice and warm today. We've had some earth quakes but nothing real bad. We've felt like three of them. Hopefully there won't be anymore or at least not any bad ones.
The outlook for Summer is fairly boring... Watch TV, swim, maybe perhaps sometime go to the mall, and some Mountain Lakes. Nothing huge like Sea World or Disneyland or anything. Tim did take me out to eat a few times lately. Claim Jumpers (YUM) (once) and Outback (YUM) (twice). That was really nice of him, I really enjoyed that. We went to Bed bath and beyond after we went to Outback last week. That was fun. I love you Tim.
Well, I guess this is all for now. I'll post sometimes in near future if I have something to say.
